Fatality.
Sheeeeeesh. After two finals MVPs and hitting two dagger threes in consecutive finals, you would think that KD might have earned some respect. Nope. Durant went out and sold his soul to win a championship. He e,ded his friendship with Russell Westbrook and, effectively, the entire population of Oklahoma City and this is the kind of treatment he gets. Steph is obviously the more liked player as far as their fanbase goes, but there should be no argument: KD is the better player. Sure this warriors team could've still won the championship without him this year. They wouldn't have swept the best player in the league without him though, especially the night Klay and Steph only dropped 11 combined points. Last year, without Durant, theres certainly an argument that the Cavs beat the Warriors when they still had Kyrie and an actual team (by actual team, I mean an organization that isn't giving the likes of Jordan Clarkson pivotal minutes.) Comments like these have to make Kevin Durant question "Where is the love?"
PS. I'm not sure what KD will have to do to earn some love, but I'd start with deleting the burner accounts on twitter. Maybe, just delete twitter all together.
PSS. You want love KD? When the NBA expands and recreates the Seattle Supersonics: GO. THERE. If you can't get love from the team that drafted you, just become an NBA super villain and stop caring.
